Built for the way you use it

Everything useful. Nothing noisy.

A feed with momentum

Compact or large previews, fast sorting, pull to refresh, remembered scroll position, and read-state dimming.

Gestures that fit you

Configure two-threshold swipe actions for posts and comments, plus a compact action dock.

Media without detours

Inline images, galleries, video, backward scrubbing, full-screen viewing, pinch zoom, and spoiler gates.

Conversations in context

Colorful nested-comment rails, collapsing threads, sorting, replying, and quick jumps through long discussions.

Your communities nearby

A right-edge community drawer keeps subscriptions, recents, and search one gesture away.

Built for personal use

Reddit OAuth, encrypted refresh-token storage, filters, drafts, offline cache, and no fabricated signed-out feed.

How it works

Three steps. Then it gets out of your way.

  1. 01

    Bring your Reddit app ID

Currents uses Reddit’s installed-app OAuth flow and never embeds a client secret.

  2. 02

    Connect your account

Approve the permissions you choose through Reddit and return securely to the app.

  3. 03

    Shape your feed

Tune gestures, density, filters, media behavior, typography, themes, and the action dock.

Privacy, in plain language

Your attention belongs to you.

Currents connects directly to Reddit and media hosts. Account credentials are encrypted on-device; local cache, read history, filters, settings, and drafts are not sent to OtterSuite.
